Jo Gregg has lived in Florida her entire life and grew up near Destin in the town of Fort Walton. She is a graduate of Florida State University, and has a degree in Merchandising. After moving to the Orlando area in 1991, she became a massage therapist and still works on many of her loyal clients today. Her experience in this field has given her a unique “touch” to real estate and it shows through the many satisfied clients she has. Jo takes a very personal approach in her business and creates relationships with clients during and after their transaction. By understanding that this business is more than selling homes, she creates a level of trust with clients naturally as she has done for years in her massage business. Jo is an avid runner, loves to garden, and donates her time to feeding the homeless and other community charity whenever she can. She resides in Maitland with her husband.

Melissa was born and raised in Hawaii and attended the University of Hawaii where she specialized in Architecture and Design. She has worked and designed in New York City, Southern California’s most sought after markets (Montecito, Santa Barbara and Orange County) as well as designed resorts in the world’s most exclusive destinations, including the Maldives, Roatan, Tahiti, Hispanola,Dubai and many of Central Florida’s finest spas and resorts. On many of these projects, Melissa was consulted as a project LEED AP, a specialized accreditation in environmentally sustainable design and construction. With her eye for design, talents and diverse background, Melissa brings a skillset not found in many other real estate agents. Having been entrusted to design some of the most expensive real estate on the planet, Melissa uses her training and knowledge to help her clients find the right home to suit their needs, desires and unique style. On the seller side, Melissa uses her experience to help her clients accentuate the qualities of each home to make them more attractive to buyers. Melissa lives with her husband Nick, a local real estate and property rights attorney, in Downtown Orlando.
